University of Nevada Important Human Resources Forms
In order to begin your residency training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, there are many forms that need to be completed. We have designed this section so that all you need to do is download the forms and complete them. Most of these completed forms must be brought with you to orientation June 26 (Reno) or 27 (Las Vegas).
