COURSE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the Nevada Cancer Control Summit is to bring together key stakeholders to discuss comprehensive cancer control progress and challenges in Nevada. The Summit provides statewide attendees a unique opportunity for information sharing, networking, and skill building. In addition, the annual Extra Mile Awards (EMA’s) will be presented to those businesses, organizations, individuals or community leaders who have made a significant contribution to cancer control efforts in our state.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Office of Continuing Medical Education by November 23, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after November 23, 2009 are non-refundable.
The University of Nevada School of Medicine reserves the right to cancel the program, in which case a full refund will be granted.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
Physicians: The University of Nevada School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Nevada School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
