The NTF (Nevada Transgenic Center) has the following transgenic lines available:

Cre-recombinase lines

Prm-cre : protamine 1 cre: sperm specific cre that is expressed in the male germ line and should be ubiquitous, total recombination

EIIa-cre : early embryo expression that can be used for partial recombination of lox sites, such as to lox out neo in 3-lox construct

MLC-2V-cre : myosin light chain: ventricle specific cre

MHC-cre : myosin heavy chain: heart specific cre (cardiac myocytes)

Tet-O-cre : tetracycline operon cre: to be used with inducible tTA (tetracycline transactivator) mice to lox out cre in a specific place upon induction

Inducible lines

MHC-AtTA : myosin heavy chain specific upon subtraction of doxycycline

Fabp1-rtTA : fatty acid binding protein specific (proximal end of small intestine) upon addition of doxycycline

Reporter line

Z/AP mice : double reporter transgenic line that expresses lacZ everywhere except where cre-mediated excision has occurred-it will then express alkaline phosphatase.
