PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

The Application for Graduation must be purchased and completed online. Graduation application deadlines are: MARCH 1 for MAY Graduation and OCTOBER 1 for DECEMBER Graduation (LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.) Your approved 4th year elective schedule must also be on file in the Office of Medical Education by the application deadline.

students Application Fee: The $55 nonrefundable application fee will be paid on-line via MasterCard, Visa or electronic check on a secure server upon submission of the application. If you do not graduate for the semester you have applied you will then have to reapply and pay the fee again.
