UNSOM Students: 4th Year Class: The Match

The Residency Match is the national process of pairing graduating medical students with residency programs. In their final year of medical school, senior students choose a specialty and then apply to residency programs across the country in that specialty. Each March students across the United States learn their "match." This is a day of celebration for students and for their faculty.
