Purpose

The purpose of the 2011 Western Region Flex Conference is to provide a venue for CAH staff and practitioners, Flex program staff, and rural health care leaders to share information and best practices with their peers in the western region of the United States. The conference will also provide an opportunity for participants to learn about the latest innovations in rural hospital quality and performance improvement, as well as state Flex programs and Critical Access Hospital success stories in the region.

Above rates are subject to 10% tax or prevailing tax on day of arrival. Credit card deposit for first night's room and tax is required to guarantee individual reservations. Reservations will be made at the quoted room rates until May 22, 2011.   After that time, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.

Reno/Tahoe International Airport serves Lake Tahoe. It is 62 miles from Reno to Harrah’s Lake Tahoe. Ground transportation is available from South Tahoe Express, a shuttle service that provides regular transportation to and from Reno/Tahoe International Airport at a reasonable rate. Book online or call 1-866-89-TAHOE to make reservations. Several major thoroughfares, U.S. 50, U.S. 395 and Interstate 80, lead to Lake Tahoe. Registration Fees and Information

The registration fee includes two breakfasts, one lunch, social reception and electronic handout materials.

Early Registration fee, if completed by May 27, 2011:	$225
Late Registration fee, if completed after May 27, 2011:	$250
