To access article directly from you Pubmed search using Linkout, you MUST use connect to PubMed from the links on the Savitt Library pages.
After running your search, view the records in the ABSTRACT DISPLAY MODE.

Note for Mac users: Safari is not supported. You must download Firefox for linkout to work.

Finally, Linkout usually works correctly, but it is not perfect. If you click the blue "Savitt full text" icon and are then asked for a username and login to access the full text, something is probably wrong. Should this happen, try connecting to the journal site by way of the Savitt E-Journals list at
http://www.knowledgecenter.unr.edu/ejournals/full/alphaMeds.aspx
