School of Medicine's Class of 2009 to learn 'match' results
Media invited to attend Las Vegas, Reno celebration ceremonies on March 19
WHAT: Fourth-year medical students at the University of Nevada School of Medicine will learn where they will receive their residency training on Thursday, March 19 at 9 a.m. when students in both Reno and Las Vegas will learn the results from the National Resident Matching Program. The National Resident Matching Program is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides an impartial venue for matching applicants’ and programs’ preferences for each other by reviewing their individualized rank order lists.
