Faculty affairs involves collaborations with departments and administrative units of the School and University to facilitate faculty transitions from effective entry to the graceful exit from the academic community, including:

• Clear policies and consistent application for faculty recruitment, academic roles, promotion and tenure, and performance evaluation are essential for creating a vital and productive faculty.
