MEDICAL STUDENTS

Faculty and residents in the Department of Psychiatry are heavily involved in medical student education. Courses are taught at the MS-1 and 2 levels.  Many third-year medical students complete their required psychiatry clerkship under the supervision of our residents and faculty.  Electives are available for fourth-year medical students from UNSOM and other LCME-accredited medical schools.  We are unable to offer observerships or electives to individuals from non-LCME-accredited medical schools or to those not currently enrolled in medical school.
