Preparation for Advanced Degree
Graduate Special Sequence
Students who have a bachelor's degree in a major other than speech pathology and audiology will need to complete the speech pathology and audiology sequence of undergraduate courses prior to admission to the master’s degree program. These students have the classification of Graduate Special. Courses must be taken in a specified sequence with the fall semester classes being prerequisite to the spring semester classes. All of these classes must be taken prior to beginning the graduate program in the department. For a student to complete this prerequisite course work in a period of one year, the course sequence is as follows:
