Research and Clinical Interests
Ms. Gilmore received both her bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her interests fall in the areas of phonetics, child phonology, child language processing disorders, and developmental disability. Teaching experience has been in the areas of phonetics, assessment, and observational skills. Training students in fundamental skill of observation, assessment, case management, therapy techniques, and writing skills, while providing a supportive learning environment, comprises the majority of her role in clinical supervision.

Service and other professional activities
1. Home health care advisory board member.
2. Coordination of area preschool screenings.
3. Academic advisement at the undergraduate level.
