Program Introduction

The Wellness and Weight Management clinic is the only clinic in Nevada to offer Health Management Resources® (HMR®), a meal replacement weight loss program.  HMR® is a leading provider of medically based weight management programs in clinics, hospitals, and major medical centers throughout the country.  The average weight loss is 30 to 45 pounds in 12-weeks!  If you desire decision-free dieting, minimal meal preparation, healthy meals and a structured program with plenty of support and accountability, then the HMR Healthy Solutions program is for you.  We currently offer in-clinic group classes provided by a trained Registered Dietitian that start monthly.  We also provide a comprehensive maintenance program designed for successful, long term weight management.
